- Myofascial lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized technique combining gentle, rhythmic pressure with targeted myofascial release. It stimulates the lymphatic system, promoting detoxification and enhancing fluid circulation to reduce swelling and boost immune function. The therapy helps relieve muscle tension, encourages relaxation, and improves overall tissue health. By reducing inflammation and encouraging the body’s natural healing process, this massage is ideal for stress relief, pain management, and supporting post-injury recovery. Experience rejuvenation from the inside out.
- Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy
- Get treatment on specific areas of the body that is causing pain and discomfort.
- Scar Tissue Therapy
- We are working on reintegration here, we are not trying to disperse the scar, rather we are trying to reintegrate it back to the fascial system which lays immediately beneath the superficial skin layers. When the surgeon makes their incision / opens you up, more often than not they use clamps to hold back the tissue away from where the surgeon wants to work, its kind of deemed to be in the way, This incision and clamping disrupts the fascial makeup that existed there. When they sow you back together they kind of leave that fascial makeup in a mess. Adhesions form (Scar Tissue) which is the body’s repair response to surgery. The Adhesions attach themselves to tissues and muscles that they wouldn’t ordinarily be attached to, inhibiting them and forcing them into a process of adaptation which has a knock effect locally and sometimes globally within the body.
- Sports Massage
- Perfect for Athletes looking for Pre & Post event bodywork. This session helps to remove latic acid build up, reduces stress from the muscular system and promotes better performing health. This is a must if you are an athlete or train up to 4/5 times per week.
